Email Signature Generator

Instructions for Adding Email Signature:

• Gmail:
  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) > See all settings > General.
  3. Scroll down to the Signature section and paste your copied signature.
  4. Click Save Changes.
• Roundcube:
  1. Open Roundcube.
  2. Go to Settings > Identities.
  3. Click on your email address and paste your signature into the Signature field.
  4. Save your changes.
• Snappy:
  1. Open Snappy.
  2. Go to Account Settings > Email Signature.
  3. Paste your signature into the Signature field.
  4. Save your changes.
• Horde:
  1. Open Horde.
  2. Go to Settings > Mail > Personal Information.
  3. Paste your signature into the Signature field.
  4. Save your changes.
• Other Mail Systems:
  1. Open your mail system settings.
  2. Locate the Signature or Preferences section.
  3. Paste your signature into the designated field.
  4. Save your changes.
