- Adult Content: Hosting pornography or sexually explicit material, unless expressly approved in writing.
- Resource Abuse: Using excessive server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) in a way that affects other clients.
- Hacking/Exploits: Attempting unauthorized access to Radahost systems, networks, or other client accounts.
- Fraudulent/Deceptive Activities: Engaging in scams, phishing, impersonation, or other misleading practices.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your hosting account, including passwords, applications, and uploaded files.
- You must keep your website software (WordPress, plugins, etc.) updated to prevent vulnerabilities.
- You must ensure your content and activities comply with Kenyan law and international regulations.
3. Resource Usage
To ensure fair use across all clients:
- Shared hosting accounts may not use more than their allocated resources.
- Any excessive use that affects server stability may result in suspension or upgrade requests.
- Scripts that overload servers (e.g., heavy cron jobs, automated bots) are not permitted.
4. Enforcement & Suspension
Radahost reserves the right to:
- Monitor server activity to ensure compliance with this AUP.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice.
- Report illegal activities to relevant authorities if necessary.
5. Modifications
Radahost may update this AUP at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
