4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Fees
By signing up for our services, you agree to pay the fees outlined for the specific service plan you choose. Prices are subject to change, but any pricing changes will be communicated to you in advance.
4.2 Payment Methods
Radahost accepts payments via Mpesa, PayPal, Pesapal, and card. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up to date. In case of payment failure, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service.
4.3 Late Payments
If your payment is overdue, we may apply late fees or suspend your services until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in the termination of your account and loss of data.
5. Domain Name Registration
5.1 Domain Availability
Radahost cannot guarantee that a domain name you wish to register will be available until the registration process is complete. We are not responsible for any domain names that are taken by another party during the registration process.
5.2 Domain Renewals
It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your domain names to avoid expiration. Radahost is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from a domain name’s expiration due to failure to renew.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
6.1 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend your account if we detect violations of our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or if payments are not made in a timely manner. Suspension will be lifted once the issue is resolved.
6.2 Account Termination
Radahost may terminate your account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- Continued failure to make payments after suspension
- Engaging in illegal activities or malicious behavior
Upon termination, access to your account and data will be permanently removed. We are not liable for any loss of data due to account termination.
7. Service Availability and Uptime Guarantee
7.1 Uptime Commitment
Radahost strives to maintain a high level of uptime and performance for our hosting services. Our uptime guarantee is outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, and certain circumstances such as maintenance, outages, or unforeseen events may affect service availability.
7.2 Scheduled Maintenance
Radahost will notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect the availability of services. We aim to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radahost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if Radahost has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Radahost during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Radahost, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.
