Section 01
Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using any service from Radahost, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
- Agree to be legally bound by them.
- Accept that these Terms apply to all current and future transactions.
Any payment made to Radahost constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use our services.
Section 02
Services provided
Radahost provides the following services:
- Web hosting
- Domain registration
- Website design and development
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Social media management
- Related digital and IT services
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Section 03
eTIMS (Electronic Tax Invoice Management System)
Radahost currently does not issue invoices through the Electronic Tax Invoice Management System (eTIMS) managed by the Kenya Revenue Authority.
- All invoices are generated through our internal billing system.
- These invoices are valid for service delivery and business transactions.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that Radahost does not provide eTIMS invoices.
Section 04
Payment and billing
Non-subscription services
- 50% deposit before project commencement.
- 50% balance upon completion.
Subscription services
- 100% payment required before activation.
Late payments
- Services may be suspended for overdue invoices.
- Continued non-payment may lead to termination and permanent data loss.
Refund policy
- Subscription services are non-refundable once activated.
- Project refunds are discretionary.
Section 05
User responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain the security of their account.
- Use our services legally and responsibly.
- Avoid abusive, illegal or harmful activities — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
Section 06
Domain registration and renewals
- Domain availability is not guaranteed until it is confirmed by the registry.
- Clients are responsible for renewing their domains.
- Radahost is not liable for expired domains.
Section 07
Service suspension and termination
Radahost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:
- Non-payment.
- Violation of these Terms or of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Illegal or malicious activity.
All data may be permanently deleted upon termination.
Section 08
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors outside our control.
Section 09
Limitation of liability
Radahost shall not be liable for:
- Data loss.
- Business interruption.
- Loss of profits.
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid to us within the previous 12 months.
Section 10
Intellectual property
All Radahost materials, branding and systems remain our protected intellectual property.
Section 11
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through the Kenyan courts or by mediation.
