How much does it cost to hire a remote web design team?
Our pricing is in USD and quoted as a fixed scope after a free discovery call, so you know the total before work begins — there is no open-ended hourly billing. If you host with us, design of a standard business website is included at no separate design cost; you pay only for the domain and hosting, which starts at Ksh 500 per month. Larger builds such as e-commerce or custom integrations are quoted individually.

We work from Nairobi on East Africa Time (UTC+3). We hold calls in your working hours, and day-to-day work runs asynchronously over email and shared documents so nobody is waiting on a call to make progress. Our support team is reachable 24/7.
How do I pay from outside Kenya?
International clients are billed in USD through our secure billing portal, which accepts card payment. You receive a proper invoice and receipt for your records. Kenyan clients can additionally pay in KES.
Who owns the website and the design files?
You do. On completion you receive full ownership of the website, the design files and every credential — domain, hosting and CMS. Nothing is held hostage, and you are free to move the site elsewhere at any time.
Is the work outsourced to freelancers?
No. Every website is designed, built, hosted and supported by our own in-house team in Nairobi. You deal directly with the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying instructions to a subcontractor you never meet.
