Welcome to Radahost. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services available at https://radahost.com.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any Radahost service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any service from Radahost, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms
- Agree to be legally bound by them
- Accept that these Terms apply to all current and future transactions
Any payment made to Radahost constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Radahost provides the following services:
- Web hosting
- Domain registration
- Website design and development
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Social media management
- Related digital and IT services
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. eTIMS (Electronic Tax Invoice Management System)
Radahost currently does not issue invoices through the Electronic Tax Invoice Management System (eTIMS) managed by the Kenya Revenue Authority.
- All invoices are generated through our internal billing system
- These invoices are valid for service delivery and business transactions
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that Radahost does not provide eTIMS invoices.
4. Payment and Billing
Non-Subscription Services
- 50% deposit before project commencement
- 50% balance upon completion
Subscription Services
- 100% payment required before activation
Late Payments
- Services may be suspended for overdue invoices
- Continued non-payment may lead to termination and permanent data loss
Refund Policy
- Subscription services are non-refundable once activated
- Project refunds are discretionary
5. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Use services legally and responsibly
- Avoid abusive, illegal, or harmful activities
6. Domain Registration and Renewals
- Domain availability is not guaranteed until confirmed
- Clients are responsible for renewals
- Radahost is not liable for expired domains
7. Service Suspension and Termination
Radahost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:
- Non-payment
- Violation of Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
- Illegal or malicious activity
All data may be permanently deleted upon termination.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
Radahost shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
Liability is limited to fees paid within the previous 12 months.
10. Intellectual Property
All Radahost materials, branding, and systems remain protected intellectual property.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Disputes shall be resolved through Kenyan courts or mediation.
